What is the Europe SPAC Summit?
An invitation-only, one-day conference bringing together SPAC sponsors, institutional investors, investment bankers, legal advisors, and European growth companies considering a U.S. listing via SPAC. The 2026 edition is the inaugural Summit.
When and where is it held?
Thursday, 10 December 2026 at The Dolder Grand, Kurhausstrasse 65, 8032 Zurich, Switzerland. Doors open at 07:30; the programme runs from 08:30 to 17:15, followed by a cocktail reception and after-party.
Who organises the Summit?
The Summit is co-hosted by AUM Advisors, a New York-based capital markets advisory firm, and MBP Global. Co-Chairs are Crocker Coulson (CEO, AUM Advisors) and Drew Bernstein (Co-Chair, MBP Global).
Is there a registration fee?
No. Attendance is free of charge but by invitation only. Request an invitation at the Register page; approved guests receive a confirmation from the organisers.
Who attends?
Approximately 350 invited guests: U.S. and European SPAC sponsors, hedge funds, family offices and PIPE investors, CEOs and CFOs of European growth companies, ECM and M&A bankers, SPAC counsel, and private equity and venture capital firms sourcing de-SPAC targets.
Which companies are speaking?
Confirmed speakers include executives from Kyivstar (keynote), IQM, Terra Quantum, Trasteel, and OpenPayd, alongside Douglas Ellenoff (Ellenoff Grossman & Schole), Brandon Sun (Cohen & Company), Julia Makhonina (New York Stock Exchange), and Kristi Marvin (SPAC Insider).

Can I combine the Summit with skiing?
Yes. Verbier and Zermatt are typically open by early December and are reachable from Zurich by train in under four hours. Many guests attend the Summit on Thursday and ski over the weekend.
How can my firm sponsor?

Is there a private dinner?
Yes. A private VIP dinner for approximately 60 principals is held on the evening of Wednesday, 9 December. Invitations are issued separately.
